These Key Lime Pies come together in a matter of minutes and are the perfect dessert for a small group.

No Bake Key Lime: All you need is a blender!

We are in full St. Patrick’s Day mode here at The Andersen home. This is the first year (including Christmas 2014) that I have really gotten excited early about each holiday and made lots of treats with the holiday in mind. Yesterday I shared my recipe for Leprechaun Juice which is now my boys’ new favorite drink and today I am over at Blendtec sharing my new favorite dessert.

I was talking to my husband a few weeks ago about what green desserts I could make for St. Patty’s and he informed me that I have never made his favorite pie before; Key Lime. Well if I knew it was his favorite pie I would have made it. But anyways, being the good wife that I am (sometimes) I hopped into the kitchen that afternoon to make him his pie! The only problem was I forgot I had lent my pie dishes to a neighbor a couple of days earlier and hadn’t gotten them back. Not wanting to disapoint, and remembering how good our Strawberry Cheesecakes were, I decided to make the Key Lime Pie in to several smaller portions in cups. These were definitely a hit with the entire family! Head on over to Blendtec and check out the Full Recipe.
