A sparkling drink that even Princess Leia is sure to love!

Sparkling Leia Lemonade: A sweet drink the Princess herself would love!

Monday I shared with you all the details of our Star Wars Party that we had for Rohrl’s 3rd birthday. Everyone had a ton of fun; they loved having pool noodle light saber battles and taking home Death Star Oreo Truffles. But everyone’s favorites were the food. I promised I would be sharing all the recipes with you in the next week and I wanted to start with the most popular; Sparkling Leia Lemonade.

I filled the punch bowl before everyone got there and had to re-fill it twice before the party was over. It must’ve been what gave the kids all the energy to battle each other for two hours and the parents the energy to watch them! I’m over at Pretty Providence sharing all the details today. And check back here tomorrow for the recipe for Han Salsa!
