I can’t believe that 2014 is almost over! It seriously has been such a great year. I started blogging back in February and I am so glad I did. I have met some really great people and feel that I have grown my cooking and crafting skills quite a bit since starting (my boys are most happy about the cooking part)! Thank you so much for being a part of one of my best years and I hope you join me in 2015 for more fun! Now on to the countdown…
10-Ā No Sew Knock Off Pottery Barn Mummy Pillow.Ā This was my first craft post on Tastefully Frugal and probably my favorite to date. My boys loved cuddling with “Max” and they were sad to see him packed away in our Halloween box.
9-Ā Santa’s Clif Bar: Candy Cane Sugar Cookies. These cookies were created after Rohrl expressed concern for Santa not being able to make it through the night. I had to hide a few of these for Santa because the boys devoured them in no time flat!
8-Ā Rich & Creamy Crockpot Tomato Basil Soup. This is my all time favorite soup! Everything from the flavor to the consistency is perfect. Since posting this recipe in November I’ve made it at least 5 times!
7-Ā Have A Holly Lolli Christmas: Santa Lollipop Tree. This cute little thing was a huge hit with my boys and all their friends. It is sure to be the first of many lollipop trees to come.
6-Ā Copy Cat Smash Burger Rosemary Fries. These are my go to side dish no matter what I’m cooking. I am a HUGE french fry fan and love this homemade version just as much as the ones from Smash Burger.
5-Ā Tootsie Roll Brownies. These came about after going through our Halloween candy and finding the majority of what we had was Tootsie Rolls. These are still my favorite brownies to date.
4-Ā Wishing You A Merry KISSmas & A SPARKLING New Year. Our go to neighbor, friend, co-worker gift came in at #4 on the most popular posts of the year.
3-Ā Peppermint Lavender Bath Bombs. These are perfect not only for the holidays but anytime you need to get a little me time and just relax. I even caught Jeremy using one once!
2-Ā Copy Cat Sonic Slush. This is our family’s favorite dessert. I can’t wait for the weather to warm up so we can make these again!
And the Most Popular Post of 2014 is…Ā Fun Last Minute Christmas Party Games. Over 15 easy, last minute party games specifically for Christmas. But you can take these ideas and put whatever twist you want on them to fit any party.
What was your favorite project from Tastefully Frugal this year? What do you want to see more of in 2015? I would love to hear from you!
