Seven easy to make, delicious meals and the printable grocery list to go with them.Budget Friendly Quick & Easy Meal Plan with Printable Grocery List

Now that the holidays are behind us and we don’t have a million parties/events/activities to go to I’m excited to get back into a meal planning routine. I’m also excited to start sharing our weekly dinners with you! My husband got laid off last year so I’m revamping our meal plans a little bit to be more budget friendly and easy to make so that he can help with some of the cooking too. Some meals are straight out of the box (like spaghetti and garlic bread) while others have made from scratch and pre-made options (like pizza) and others are tried and true recipes we love.

The grocery list for these meal plans will include everything you need (flour, spices, etc.) so make sure to shop your pantry before you go to the store. I’m working on getting our weekly trips down to $40-$50 but you’ll never spend more than $70 with the meal plans provided here. Let’s start with week #1.

You’ll notice this week I have several out of the box, or store made meals. I knew it might be tough for me to get back into the routine so I made things as easy as possible for myself.

You can find your printable grocery list done by day here or the spreadsheet of all ingredients here.

Make sure to tune in every Tuesday morning at 8am EST for a new meal plan and grocery list.
