You only need two ingredients to copy the delicious Costco Berry Smoothie.

I’m a total sucker when it comes to keeping my kids happy and in a good mood when we go shopping. And when we go to Costco that means getting a smoothie after we check out. They always see the food court and will start chanting “Smoothie! Smoothie! Smoothie!” until I say yes.

On one such Costco trip I was standing in the never ending food court line talking with another mom and she told me the easiest way to make Costco smoothies at home. I just happened to have the two very ingredients I needed in my cart. So after we got our smoothies we headed home and I tried to make a copy cat…and it tasted just like the real deal! I’m sharing the recipe over at It Is A Keeper.
