If you have a baseball fan in the house then this Valentine is sure to be a hit.
Happy Friday! One week left until Valentine’s Day; can you believe it?! We are spending the weekend baking cookies and playing baseball. What a mix huh?! It’s supposed to be in the sixties; which is perfect weather for enjoying my boys’ new favorite sport. After watching The Sandlot Rohrl was begging for a baseball bat and glove and when we found them on clearance at Target a few weeks ago we couldn’t pass it up. My boy may only be 2, but dang can he hit a ball!
For our family party we are going to be handing out our Cutie Valentine but for some of the boys’ friends we decided to do something a little different. We were at Walmart the other day and I saw these Pop & Catch Toys and I knew they would be perfect for their new love of the game. These toys not only are fun to play with but they are great for building hand-eye coordination too. Pair it together with the printables I created and you’ve got yourself the perfect Valentine any boy (or girl) would love to receive.
Materials:
Pop & Catch Toy (I found them at Walmart a four pack was $1.98)
Gift Bag

Put a toy in the bag, attach a tag and tie the bag; easy peasy. The hardest part will be keeping your kids from playing with the toys before they hand them out! We bought an extra pack so wouldn’t have to worry about this and I’m so glad we did. My boys have been playing with them since we brought them home and they are great cool down toys.
