Stay cool and hydrated with this alternative to water.
I hope you are having a great summer! We are having so much fun soaking up the sun, swimming and having an all around good time. This is the first year in 4 years that I haven’t had a baby during the summer so we’re enjoying the warm weather every chance we get. One of the things I am trying to teach my boys is that we have to drink a lot of water and stay hydrated when we are out in the sun all day.
The only problem is that water is so…boring. It’s good for you and the best way to stay hydrated but sometimes you just need something with a little more flavor. Enter agua frescas. I love that they are still mostly water but are healthy too since all I used to sweeten the water was fruit. I’m over at Pretty Providence sharing the recipe.

This looks super refreshing! It might be good with a little adult beverage added to it too! 🙂

Thanks so much Ruthie! And yes it would pair nicely with a rum or vodka.
