Ingredients

flour

salt

sugar
1

butter
1/2
cup
cold water
Filling
1/2
cup
sugar
1/2
cup
water
1
cup
raspberries
2
Tbsp
cornstarch
Glaze
1
cup
powdered sugar
2
Tbsp
milk
1/4
tsp
vanilla
red food coloring
optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425F
Filling
In a saucepan stir together filling ingredients and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until it starts to get thick.
Crust
While your filling is cooking mix together flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl. Cut in butter and stir with fork (or your hands) until clumps form.
Add cold water and stir until desired consistency is reached.
Roll out on a floured surface and roll to about 1/4" thick.
Cut into 10 rectangles
Pour filling into one half of rectangle and fold the other half on top.
Seal with a fork.
Bake for 10 mins.
Glaze
Mix together all ingredients in a small bowl. Spread on top of poptarts after you remove from oven.
Notes
You can freeze also. To reheat place on a microwave safe plate for 30 seconds.
