Grass Fed Ground Beef
bag egg noodles
can crushed tomatoes
I like to use cheddar jack
Preheat oven to 350F.
Brown ground beef in large skillet over medium low heat.
While beef is cooking cook egg noodles until they're al dente (about 6 minutes)
Drain beef and return to skillet. Add crushed tomatoes, worcestershire sauce and oregano and stir to combine.
Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Drain egg noodles and return to pot. Add meat mix to egg noodles and stir to combine.
Pour in a greased 9x13 baking dish and top with cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes.
When cooking with grass fed beef be careful not to over cook. Because of the lower fat content it cooks quicker than most beef and can easily be burnt.
