- 1 1/2 cups sugar divided
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk divided
- 2 Tbsp. butter divided
- 1/4 tsp salt divided
- 2 cups mini marshmallows divided
- 1 1/2 cup Red & Green Morsels
- 1 tsp vanilla divided
In two bowls separate red and green morsels.
In a medium saucepan heat 3/4 cup sugar, 1/3 cup evaporated milk, 1 Tbsp butter and 1/8 tsp salt. Bring to a boil and stir constantly for 4 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup mini marshmallows, 1/2 tsp salt and 3/4 cup red morsels.
Stir until marshmallows are melted and red color is fully incorporated.
Place in a lined 4" bread loaf pan and let chill in fridge for at least 2 hours.
Repeat steps 2-6 with green morsels.
