-20 brownies
Ingredients

cup
2 sticks butter, melted
1/2
cup
cocoa power
2
cup
flour
2
cups
white sugar
4
eggs
4
tsp
vanilla
Frosting:
1
cup
tootsie rolls
about 70, cut in half
8
oz
cream cheese
softened to room temperature

Tbsp
powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
With a hand mixer, mix butter and cocoa powder.
Mix in flour and sugar just until combined
Mix in eggs and vanilla (one egg and 1 tsp vanilla at a time)
Don't over mix; just stir until combined.
Pour into a 9x13 greased baking dish and bake for 25-35 minutes until a tooth pick comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack.
For Frosting:
In a double broiler melt tootsie rolls.
Mix tootsie rolls and cream cheese together. Add in powdered sugar 1 Tbsp at a time until desired consistency is reached.
Spread over cooled brownies.
If you have leftovers, store in fridge.
