Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups romaine lettuce
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup diced chicken I used 1 boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup avocado sliced into small, bite sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup corn
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese I use a Mexican Three Cheese Blend
  • Citrus Vinaigrette

Instructions
 

  • Wash lettuce and spinach and mix together in a large bowl.
  • Add in remaining ingredients and toss to combine.
