Asian Inspired Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients
  

  • Head of lettuce butter lettuce works best
  • 1 lb. Jennie-O ground turkey
  • 1 8oz can water chestnuts, diced
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp soy sace
  • 1 Tbsp ginger grated
  • 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 green onions thinly sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook ground beef in skillet over medium heat until browned (5-7 minutes)
  • Add in hoisin sauce, garlic, soy sauce, and rice wine vinegar and stir to combine.
  • Stir in ginger and green onions and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper and serve in lettuce leaf.
